Every month, a portion of your rent is automatically saved into your BPI Equity Program fund, which can be put towards the purchase of a new Bosa Properties home.- 25% OF RENT SAVED
25% of your rent is added to a fund every month (if rent is $2,500, $625 would be saved monthly).

Pay for up to 5% of a new Bosa Properties home with your BPI Equity fund.

If you don't want to use your account, no problem. The fund is available for 24 months after your tenancy if you decide to use it.
