BUILDING BRIGHTER FUTURES

The long-standing partnership between Bosa Properties and Kingswood Properties is built on shared values and more than a hundred years of combined experience in property development, construction and investment.

Every day, the team of experts at Bosa Properties comes together to create spaces for people to live, gather, work and grow. Each community is approached with humans at the heart — from the locations that are chosen to the amenities and homes that are designed and built. Over 35 years, Bosa
Properties has successfully delivered +11,000 homes, including +200 within the SEAandSKY community itself.

The Bosa Properties story is rooted in opportunity. In the 1950s, Robert Bosa and his family immigrated to Vancouver, driven by a belief in what possibilities lay ahead. Through diligent work and ethical practices, Robert Bosa became a symbol of excellence in construction, with a focus on delivering for people.

Giving back has been part of the company’s values since day one. The Robert Bosa Foundation works with local non-profit partners including Foundry Sea To Sky to enhance resources in the Squamish community.
